Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant

✨ What You'll Be Doing:

Be the friendly face of the office-greet and assist walk-in visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Collect and organize customer data for accurate quoting and job tracking.
Support marketing and advertising efforts when needed.
Manage employment applications and route them to appropriate departments.
Handle accounts receivable tasks and billing summaries with accuracy.
Order and maintain essential office supplies.
Assist HR with onboarding, employee file management, and compliance tracking.
Maintain DOT records, schedule physicals, and request annual driving records.
Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience in administrative support or office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Great communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
High school diploma or equivalent required.
