Job Summary

We are looking for an Architect Project Manager with 6+ years of experience at that level to lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion. To be successful in this position you will need a strong background in architectural design, project management, and client relation and be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

In this position we expect you will effectively:

• Successfully oversee a project team in all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, and execution
• Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their vision, needs, requirements, and budget and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Revit software to lead the design team to create detailed architectural plans and specifications.
• Employ Sketchup and Enscape for 3D modeling and visualization of designs.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently while adhering to quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and contract terms.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize NavisWorks/BIM for project coordination and clash detection among various disciplines.
• Prepare documentation using Bluebeam for effective communication of design changes and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Architect Project Manager or similar role in the architecture industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit software; familiarity with Sketchup, Enscape, and Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of interior design principles and renovation processes.
• Solid budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in project management.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid architectural license is preferred but not mandatory.
