InfraHire is looking for a Electrical Construction Project Manager in Raleigh, NC.

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful installation, performance, and profitability, while delivering added value across multiple job sites.

• Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budgeted labor hours, and in alignment with company quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Organize, lead, and participate in project meetings to maintain alignment with project goals and resolve any emerging issues.

• Effectively manage project teams, including supervisors and field personnel, in compliance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Partner with the Human Resources department to support the recruitment and onboarding of a skilled, qualified workforce to meet project demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with an Electrical Contractor is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in people, process, and performance management .

• Solid understanding of financial systems , accounting practices , change order pricing , and project billing .

• Skilled in reviewing construction drawings for change orders and material procurement planning .

• Proficient in data analysis and budget setup for electrical construction projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with Spectrum software is a plus.

• Familiarity with estimation software is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in the electrical field is a strong asset.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members .
