Job Title: Electrical Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities + Manage and lead electrical projects through all phases. + Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. + Manage Lighting, Switchgear, and Subcontractor quotes and purchases. + Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. + Conduct on-site visits to construction sites to monitor progress and address any issues. + Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems. Essential Skills + Must have experience working for an Electrical Contractor. + Knowledge of Bluebeam, EBM estimating software, and MS Office. + Proficient in project management and electrical estimating. + Experience in managing Bio-Pharmaceutical and Class A Commercial TI's. + Strong background in electrical engineering and design. + Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations. + Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Bluebeam software for document management. + Knowledge of construction management practices. + Our Client experience is a plus. + Please provide the largest electrical project that you have managed. Work Environment The work environment includes regular on-site visits to construction sites, requiring the use of advanced technology and software such as Bluebeam and MS Office.
