As an Employee Relations Investigator you will sit within PNC's Employee Relations organization. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. **Job Description** + Assists in the administration of an organization's employee relations investigation function, ensuring that it remains in line with goals and strategies. + Providing support to employees and managers in dealing with general employee issues. + Maintaining open communication between management and employees and serving as a labor dispute mediator for problem resolution. + Implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. + Conducts investigative procedures in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. **Education** Bachelors **Certifications** No Required Certification(s) **Licenses** No Required License(s) **Pay Transparency** Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $119,600.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
