Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Saint Louis. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events related to property showcases, community engagement, and corporate promotions. You will be a vital part of our events team, helping ensure seamless delivery and high-impact experiences that reflect the Property Soar brand.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and executing company events, property showcases, and client presentations
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, materials, scheduling, and vendor communication
Maintain event budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Support promotional efforts and ensure brand consistency at all events
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align event goals
Greet and assist clients and guests during events
Gather feedback after each event and help identify areas for improvement
Maintain timelines and handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events
