We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and playing a vital role in delivering seamless events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing in-person and virtual events from start to finish

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments

  • Manage event logistics including setup, registration, materials, and on-site support

  • Track event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports

  • Provide support during event days to ensure flawless execution

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure
