Executive Assistant – $110k-$120k

Los Angeles-based finance firm in Century City is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to three busy executives. The EA will function as gatekeeper to the executive team, anticipating needs and staying one step ahead at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple busy calendars and schedule meetings and conference calls
• Handle correspondence and coordinate facilities tasks with building management
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car service, and more
• Track and manage expense reports
• Plan events and assist with ad-hoc projects

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of administrative support experience , ideally within finance or professional services.
