Who You Are

• A detail-oriented legal professional with a strong foundation in litigation support and a passion for high-stakes legal work
• Experienced in managing complex case files, coordinating with attorneys, and navigating court procedures with confidence
• Skilled in legal research, drafting, and document management
• Proficient in legal software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with a strong eye for accuracy and organization
• Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, including trial preparation

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case initiation to appeals
• Organize and maintain case materials, both digitally and physically, to ensure seamless access and retrieval
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and filings, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines
• Coordinate discovery efforts, including document production, subpoenas, and deposition logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on eDiscovery and trial preparation
• Monitor court dockets and maintain accurate internal records for assigned matters
• Assist in preparing exhibits and materials for hearings, depositions, and trials

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
