**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machines, troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, reading and interpreting blueprints, and inspecting parts before loading them into machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate various machines with precision and efficiency. + Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines as needed. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and part process sheets. + Inspect parts before loading them into machines to ensure quality. + Perform machine setups and part inspections. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and part process sheets. + Basic knowledge of G-code and CNC machine operation, including grinders and mills. + Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators. + Understanding of tool offsets, speeds, and feeds. + Comfortable with machine setup, operation, and part inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn new processes and improve existing skills. **Why Work Here?** Join our dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and advance your career. The role may involve working various shifts, and adherence to safety protocols and dress code is required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
