About the Role We are seeking a Marketing & Content Manager who brings together creativity, structure, and a deep understanding of the fitness and nutrition space. This role involves managing a cross-functional creative team, overseeing content and campaign execution across platforms, and acting as the primary liaison for our external advertising agency. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and play a critical role in strengthening INFS’s brand presence, lead generation, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and own the integrated marketing plan for INFS across organic and paid channels. Align marketing calendar with course launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and content initiatives. Work closely with leadership to define messaging, value propositions, and brand positioning. Campaigns & Growth Marketing Plan and oversee campaigns for lead generation, webinars, community events, and strategic offers. Collaborate with the performance marketing agency — manage briefs, creative reviews, and ROI tracking. Develop high-performing funnels using free resources, lead magnets, and retargeting strategies. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage the in-house creative team (social media specialist, graphic designer, content writer, video editing team). Ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand voice, and meet performance goals. Provide feedback, mentorship, and structure to team members for efficient output and growth. Analytics & Insights Monitor performance across social media, email, paid ads, and website engagement. Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize performance. Coordinate closely with sales and academic teams for data-driven decision-making. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have: 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management Experience managing a small marketing team or freelancers Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, and performance marketing Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics, and campaign metrics Excellent communication and project management skills High ownership mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities Passionate about health and fitness. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in EdTech, wellness, or a coaching brand Hands-on experience building content calendars and marketing campaigns from scratch Proficiency with tools like Canva, scheduling tools, and CRM platforms
