Job Overview:
The Email Marketing Senior Analyst will be responsible for executing and reporting on customer and prospect-facing email marketing communications. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive campaign performance by building innovative marketing strategies and ensuring effective execution. The candidate will define audience targeting strategies, testing methodologies, and measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role involves developing tools, processes, and frameworks to establish best practices and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex email marketing campaigns, a strong background in audience targeting and segmentation, and hands-on expertise in data-driven test-and-learn plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop email communication strategies with internal stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Manage email campaigns in email service provider platforms, including setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Conduct data segmentation to create targeted lists for email sends and collaborate with stakeholders on targeting strategies.
• Create automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle digital marketing programs.
• Establish key metrics, review cycles, and provide insights on customer intelligence.
• Partner with creative and campaign teams to optimize template design and content.
• Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to develop cross-channel communication strategies.
• Recommend and implement email best practices across the global organization.

Qualifications:

• High energy with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Email Marketing, Online Marketing, or Database Marketing.
• Proven experience creating and managing large-scale email campaigns.
• Track record of meeting campaign performance goals.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and reporting.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting results, and presenting insights.
• Experience with top-tier Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Responsys).
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with tools like Adobe Dreamweaver for email design changes.
• Familiarity with Photoshop for image cropping is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven marketing approach.
• Familiarity with database management; working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.

Pay Range: $40 - $45

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
