LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing leader in the building materials industry, known for innovation and excellence. We’re on the hunt for a Recruiting Assistant to support their Talent Acquisition team and help bring top talent into the organization. If you’re detail-oriented, organized and passionate about recruiting, this is the role for you!

• Coordinate interviews, meetings and travel arrangements for candidates and interview panels
• Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and feedback
• Collaborate with recruiters to create and post job descriptions on job boards and the company website
• Assist with resume screening and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry and supporting the onboarding process

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
