The Warranty Business Manager will serve as the warranty end-to-end process lead while providing clear communications and establishing and managing critical process KPI's including claim audit performance and SOX compliance. As the single point of contact, this individual is responsible to ensure organizational alignment with warranty related business priorities, building strong cross-functional partnerships ultimately exceeding standard business expectations. This individual must exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range for Illinois and Michigan Based Based Applicants: $140,600 - $175,800(actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Salary Range for California Based Based Applicants: $154,000 - $192,500(actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Full Time Employee Coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
