These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the bajimaat platform and its services. By registering an account, placing any bet, or using any feature on bajimaat, you are deemed to have read these Terms in full and agreed to be bound by them.

Please make sure you fully understand these rules before placing a bet on bajimaat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bajimaat itself cancels the match.
• In live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue before or during a match, the original stake will be refunded.
• Bajimaat sets the minimum and maximum stake per bet and may update these limits at any time.
• Placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same match in a way that guarantees profit regardless of the result (arbitrage betting) is not permitted.
• Bajimaat reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting activity and may withhold payments if deemed necessary.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bajimaat:

• Deposits may only be made from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum limit is set by bajimaat.
• Bajimaat charges no hidden fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• To prevent money laundering, bajimaat reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Deposited funds are stored on bajimaat's secure servers. In the event of a technical error causing a duplicate charge, bajimaat guarantees a refund within 48 hours.

Bajimaat offers bonuses and promotional deals from time to time. To be eligible for these benefits, the following conditions must be met:

• The welcome bonus is available once only, exclusively for newly registered users.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only available after meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Each bonus has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulation will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bajimaat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Bajimaat believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we make responsible betting our top priority.

• Set Personal Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Voluntary Break: You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent account closure at any time.
• Reality Check: bajimaat will periodically remind you to stay aware of your betting activity.

Bajimaat may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users or bajimaat staff.

In the event of account termination, bajimaat will determine the process for returning any valid balance following an investigation. If fraud or manipulation is found, all balances may be forfeited.

For any dispute or complaint with bajimaat, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, bajimaat's system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• The deadline for submitting payment disputes is 30 days.
• If the issue cannot be resolved through support, bajimaat management will review the matter and issue a final decision.

Applicable laws of Bangladesh will govern the resolution of any disputes.

Bajimaat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with the effective date noted.

• For major changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
